My Approach/Fees:

Although I do not take insurance, many patients can get most of the fee reimbursed through their insurance company’s out-of network benefits and we can help you with this.

Initial Evaluation: ($295)

  • During this session lasting 60-minutes I will get to know you, explore your mental health challenges, and discuss any obstacles you may be facing. I will let you share your story and understand your values and beliefs. I will review your lifestyle, health history, and prior care, and explore your strengths and resilience.

  • At the end, we will collaborate and formulate a customized treatment plan that may include: medications, supplements, therapy, exercises, lab tests, lifestyle changes, and spiritual care.

First follow-up appointment: ($250)

  • During the first 45-minute follow-up session, we will continue to explore and address the root causes of your symptoms, review any test results, address any imbalances or deficiencies, and discuss how you are doing with the treatment plan. We can schedule as many of these as you need.

Subsequent follow-up appointments: ($200)

  • After that, we will schedule 30-minute follow-up appointments, where I make sure that you are heard, the treatment is helping you and I will continue to support you on your journey towards healing and wellness.
